Curriculum Curriculum
CURRICULUM Training that connects drawings to real site work
LABO’s curriculum is designed to progress step by step—from knowing and understanding to executing. You learn how the lines in a drawing become real components: how they are fabricated, assembled, and brought into place. Experiencing this firsthand turns knowledge into practical understanding that works on site.
An entry point for newcomers and a place for experienced staff to broaden their perspective, taking your understanding of COLABO’s work to the next level!
Assembly experience
Experience lifting members with a crane and assembling them into place. Learn how each column and beam is raised—in what order and with what balance. Gain a hands-on understanding of weight, handling procedures, and on-site tension that drawings alone can’t convey.
Welding experience
Create the moment when steel members become one with your own hands. Experience the difficulty of welding and the importance of precision. See how a single line in a drawing directly affects quality and safety.
Fabrication experience (Cutting)
Experience cutting steel and see how even small dimensional errors can have a major impact. Understand what “a few millimeters” really means and develop a sharper sense of precision in your drawings.
Fabrication Experience (Drilling)
Drill bolt holes and see how position and misalignment affect on-site work. Gain a deeper understanding of fit and assembly precision, bringing design closer to construction reality.
